According to the General Data Protection Regulations of 25 May 2018, we use your personal data only with your consent.
We will use your personal data (name, telephone number and e-mail address) exclusively to send you our newsletters via an e-mail program. Your data will be treated with consideration and will not be sold or shared. You remain in control of your personal data.
IDAY undertakes to respect, as the data controller, the provisions of Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended and the General Regulations on Data Protection published in the Official Journal on 27 April 2016 and in force since 25 May 2018. Personal data (hereinafter referred to as the “Data”) is defined as any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. A natural person is deemed to be “identifiable” when he or she can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or to one or more elements specific to his or her physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.
IDAY ensures that data minimization is respected by collecting and processing only data that are strictly necessary for the purpose(s) for which they are processed. IDAY also takes all useful measures to ensure that your data are accurate, complete and, if necessary, updated.
The purposes of data collection by IDAY are mainly the following:
- The management of donor relations, potential donors
- Information management and external communication (newsletters)
In accordance with the amended “Information Technology and Civil Liberties” Law, IDAY informs you about the processing of your personal data.
In particular on :
- The identity and contact details of the data controller;
- The purposes of the processing for which the personal data are intended and the legal basis of the processing;
- Where appropriate, the legitimate interests pursued by IDAY or by a third party;
- The recipients or categories of recipients of the personal data;
- The existence of a transfer of personal data to a third country or to an international organization;
- The length of time personal data are kept or the criteria used to determine this length;
- The existence of the right to request access, rectification or deletion of the data, or a restriction on the processing, or the right to object to the processing and the right to the portability of the data from IDAY.
- The existence of the right to withdraw consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given prior to its withdrawal ;
- The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority ;
- Information on whether the requirement to provide personal data is regulatory or contractual in nature or whether it is a condition for the conclusion of a contract and whether the data subject is required to provide the personal data, as well as on the possible consequences of failure to provide such data ;
- The existence of automated decision-making, including profiling.
IDAY only communicates the data it collects to its internal services and to its service providers and their staff in connection with the performance of the services entrusted to them and which they are required to perform on behalf IDAY. All persons having access to your data are entitled and determined and are bound by an obligation of confidentiality.
IDAY keeps your data only for the time necessary to achieve the aforementioned purposes for which they were collected, in compliance with the legislation in force. IDAY takes care to protect and secure your personal data. In this context, IDAY puts in place the appropriate technical and organisational measures in order to prevent as far as possible any alteration or loss of your data as well as any unauthorised access to them.
